National control plan for the northern Pacific seastar
This document presents the nationally agreed management response plan to reduce the impacts and minimise the spread of Asterias amurensis (northern Pacific seastar) in Australian waters.
It includes practical management approaches to prevent, control or manage the impacts of Asterias amurensis, contingency plans for new incursions, recommendations for public awareness strategies and future research and development and estimated budgets and resource requirements to implement the control plan.
